This role sits in the Program Office which is a part of the international delivery operations team - the team responsible for handling of end-to-end journey of the learners. 

A program manager owns the entire life cycle of a cohort of learners, from the enrolment to the completion of the program journey. Learners are working professionals from across the globe, aspiring to upskill in new age / digital competencies, like data analytics, data science, artificial intelligence et. al. 

In this role of a Program Manager, one has to, 

• Be the first point of contact for participants for any queries, and provide necessary support for all the needs within the scope of program offerings, in a timely manner
• Foster meaningful relationships with participants, understand their needs & preferences, and deliver a personalised experience 
• Drive all the Program Office responsibilities around scheduling & delivering program activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, presentations, etc. This will require engagement with a variety of internal and external stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals et. al.
• Monitor, diagnose and drive interventions around participants’ performance and engagement during the program journey to ensure each participant has a great experience and achieves learning outcomes.
• Contribute to organisation building by identification, development and implementation of processes for efficient and effective program management

• Own the quality of end to end learning experience for our global flagship programs in the domain of analytics, data science and artificial intelligence
• Own the hands on development of all the different components of the learning experience, including but not limited to video content, hands-on/ labs material, projects and various other learning activities/interventions. This will include engaging with SMEs/faculties/industry experts.
• Be a mentor / training assistant to hundreds of global professional by providing technical support, guidance and feedback in a timely manner
• Develop and leverage analytics powered solutions to continuously monitor and identify opportunities to improve quality of the learning experience in terms of appropriateness, accuracy, richness and outcomes. This will involve solving a variety of business problems using data.
• Be an active contributor to organisation building by identifying and executing on various growth as well as capability development opportunities, in terms on new products or processes.

• Payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies; acting as the Primary Point of Contact for all employees for addressing payroll related queries
• Managing end- to-end payroll processing, maintaining payroll information by designing systems, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations the collection & processing of data entailing computation of salaries and filing of PF, TDS, statutory returns, etc Payroll Migration, interfacing with multi-location teams for identifying and defining data to be migrated. Tender biometric machines, producing appropriate process documentation and coordinating the Payroll Migration activities.
• Data integrity between various HR, Rostering teams, Timekeeping and Payroll systems. Regular audits of interface of employee master data from HR system to downstream applications. Ensuring all new payroll policies, deployments and processes are effectively communicated to the employees.
• Maintain open communication channels with employees to ensure expectations are clarified and updated.
• Employee query resolution (Including Queries on income tax and flexible benefit plan).
• Handling Internal and External Audits on Payroll process and system.
• Responsible for year-end activities involving Income tax proof collections, data cleansing, Issue of Form 16 and filing of Annual and Quarterly IT returns.
• Effectively coordinate with Bank and Payroll vendor for payroll processing
